HEATHER PILCHER

Real Estate Investor, Real Estate Agent

Heather is a passionate wife & mother first. She and Brandon have been married nine years now and have a five year old son. When Ethan was born, Heather left the corporate world to be home with him. It was during that time when Heather began to learn about real estate investing. They also have a one year old baby girl, Adalyn.

She was the spearhead of exploring the real estate investment world while Brandon continued working at his corporate job. She found and funded the Pilcher’s first investment properties. She was actively involved with their house flipping business and saw the value of obtaining her real estate license. Their sales team services Ohio and Kentucky.

Heather obtained her real estate license and joined Keller Williams Realty Services. She has been actively involved in various real estate transactions including new construction, raw land, residential, and investment properties.

Heather & Brandon have taken several real estate investment courses. They both value education and life long learning. BRANDON PILCHER

Real Estate Investor, General Contractor

Brandon graduated from a Top 20 Business Program (Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Marketing Emphasis and Statistics Minor.

After graduation, he was recruited to work at Nielsen (one of the top marketing research companies in the world). He managed innovation projects with industry leading CPG clients like Kimberly Clark, Coke, and 3M. During that time, he designed high-complexity VBA Excel macros that were distributed globally to Nielsen Innovation, creating time savings of 60%-95% for the employees. He was a recipient of four excellence awards for process improvement, VBA Excel Automation, outstanding performance, and superior client satisfaction.

Our Story

We are full-time real estate investors. But it wasn't always that way!

We started this journey in 2016 when we purchased our own house and flipped it. We moved into our second home and immediately started updating the home- this time with the company of our four month old son. We discovered there was good money and potential in real estate, but we weren't doing it quite right. We were living in a construction zone with a baby. Once we stabilized our home, we took a leap and bought our first official investment property.

We kept updating homes and selling them as flips, and quickly realized that we wanted to hold the properties long term so we could reap all the benefits of holding real estate over time. We now own multiple long term and short term rental properties.

After we successfully launched our first Airbnb and started work on the next one, we realized the process could be repeated over and over as a vehicle for financial freedom. We wanted to share that knowledge and experience with the world and take the opportunity to teach others to become financially free. We designed our Short Term Rental Course to teach others every step from A-Z to launch and manage their own short term rentals.
